Establishing contact with existing and potential customers / customer development
Creation and maintenance of all sales-relevant customer information & reporting, via our CRM system
Assess customer needs and provide tailored pricing & advice to enhance revenue and maintain a competitive advantage for the customer
Daily customer specific account management & communication to include service updates on collections/deliveries
Co-ordinating professionally and efficiently with other departments to ensure successful operating of customer accounts/business
Prepare customer KPI reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Provide ongoing support to field sales teams to strengthen client engagement
Oversee the management of key client accounts, ensuring consistent service quality and retention
Maintain regular communication with customers to update delivery timelines and resolve any issues promptly
